We collect information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your auction business when you fill out a form, book a demo, or sign up for the platform.
We also collect usage data automatically when you visit our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location data (country or region). This is collected through tools like Google Analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct demos, onboard you onto the RocketBid platform, send you updates or announcements about the product, and improve the website and platform over time.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the tools we use to run our business (listed below).
Third-party tools we use
We use a small number of trusted services to help operate RocketBid. These include Google Analytics for website analytics, HubSpot for customer communications and CRM, Stripe and other payment processors for billing, and ShipStation and other shipping integrations within the platform.
